Legal Compliance
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This page summarizes how AlQaim Digitals approaches legal and regulatory compliance across website operations, advertising services, data processing, and AI automation. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
AlQaim Digitals provides design, software development, performance marketing, and agentic AI services to business clients. We maintain policies and operational practices intended to support compliance with applicable privacy, advertising, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property rules in the markets where we and our clients operate.
Clients remain responsible for legal compliance of their own products, claims, customer communications, and regulated industries (for example healthcare, finance, or housing ads).

3. Advertising and marketing compliance
When managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO content, social media, or lead-generation campaigns, we follow platform advertising policies and generally accepted standards against deceptive claims. Clients must ensure that:
- Offers, pricing, and testimonials are accurate and substantiated
- Required disclosures are included where laws or platforms require them
- Restricted categories (alcohol, healthcare, credit, etc.) have proper authorization
- Lead forms and landing pages honor privacy notices and consent where required
We may pause or decline campaigns that risk policy violations or unlawful claims.
4. Data roles (controller vs processor)
For our own website leads and studio operations, AlQaim Digitals typically acts as a data controller. For client customer data processed inside ad accounts, CRMs, WhatsApp business tools, or websites we operate on a client’s behalf, we typically act as a processor / service provider.
Clients should provide lawful instructions, maintain their own privacy notices, and ensure a valid basis for processing customer personal data in their jurisdictions.
6. AI agents and automation compliance
WhatsApp, sales, and support agents must be configured with clear human escalation paths and accurate business information. Clients should disclose automated interactions where required by law or platform rules and avoid using AI to generate unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
Training data and prompts must not include personal data beyond what is necessary and lawful. Clients are responsible for reviewing agent outputs before high-risk use cases.
7. Intellectual property and third parties
We respect third-party IP and license terms for fonts, stock media, software libraries, and platform APIs. Clients must ensure they own or have licensed rights to materials they provide. Infringement claims related to client-supplied content remain the client’s responsibility.
8. Security and incident response
We apply reasonable security practices for systems under our control. If we become aware of a personal-data incident affecting client data we process, we will notify the client without undue delay and cooperate on required notifications as set out in the applicable agreement and law.
9. Accessibility
We aim to improve accessibility of websites we build. Specific WCAG targets, audits, and remediation scope should be defined in project agreements when formal compliance is required.
10. Compliance and privacy requests
For privacy rights requests, compliance questions, or data processing inquiries, contact info@alqaimdigitals.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant website, campaign, or engagement.
11. Not legal advice
These pages provide policy information for transparency. They are not legal advice. For regulated industries or multi-country consumer products, consult your counsel. We can coordinate with your legal advisors when reviewing campaigns or data flows.
